You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the goods. Requests submitted after this period may not be processed.

The product was damaged during transportation;
The received product does not match the order;
The size is not suitable or you are not satisfied (subject to return conditions);
The product has been opened but has not been actually worn or used.

III. Return Conditions

To ensure smooth return processing, returned goods must meet the following requirements:

The product may be opened, but must be clean and show no signs of wear or use;
No washing, obvious stains, or odors;
Tags, packaging, and accessories should be as complete as possible;
It should not affect resale.

IV. Situations Where Returns Are Not Supported

Returns are generally not supported in the following situations:

The item has been worn, washed, or visibly used;
The item has stains, a perfume scent, or is damaged by the customer;
The tag is severely missing or the item affects resale;
The return application period has expired;
Special offer items or customized items (as specifically stated on the page).

V. Return Process
Contact customer service to submit a return request;
Provide your order number and a description of the item’s condition;
Obtain a return address after approval;
Send the item back as required;
After receiving and verifying the item, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.

The refund will be returned to your original payment account.

VI. Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to product quality issues or incorrect shipments, we will bear the shipping costs;
For returns due to personal reasons (such as dislike, incorrect size, etc.), the buyer will bear the shipping costs;
Costs incurred from unjustified refusal to accept delivery may be borne by the buyer.

VII. Handling Abnormal Situations

If you receive a product that is damaged, missing, or has other issues, please contact customer service immediately and provide relevant photos. We will handle it for you as soon as possible.
